Environmental
Processes in textile finishing are known as resource intensive and thus of high environmental relevance. Particularly water, energy and textile auxiliaries are used in high quantities.
Furthermore, we as a commission finishing company influence significantly the human ecological properties of the finished product.
Due to these challenges and the special requirements of the site in the rural region our company started operating its own wastewater treatment plant.
In recent years we have taken various additionally measures to minimize environmental
impacts. An important contribution is the use of intelligent process control in production. This allows us to design the procedures and processes for each individual product in that way that they match perfectly its requirements. For a more environmental friendly production, we realized even more ideas: heat recovery systems, energy from waste water and exhaust air back into the circulation. The unique TPR (Total Print paste Return) plant, which provides the residual printing pastes again for production and reduces the wastewater load, or a system for collection of residual fl eets and residual pastes are just some more examples. Our aim is: Maximum utilization of resources, minimal impact on the environment!
